江南大学食品科学与工程专业博士,伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校食品科学与人类营养系联合培养博士(国家留学基金委资助),2021年5月至今在pg电子游戏试玩工作。一直从食品功能因子与副产物利用研究。近年来,入选第七届中国科协青年人才托举工程项目,主持中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目1项、企业委托横向课题1项,参与国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然基金面上项目等6项。发表SCI收录论文20余篇,发表外文专著1部,在《中国食品学报》、《食品科学》等CSCD核心期刊发表论文10余篇,申请或授权国家发明专利10余项。美国营养学会国际年会分会场报告1次,第五届中国食品青年论坛分会场报告1次。现为《Journal of Functional Foods》《LWT-Food Science and Technology》审稿专家。
